Least Mid Week as Harvey Drifts over area

Good Morning South Texas partners,

*...Flash Flood Watch Remains in Effect for Areas Mainly East of I-37...*

*...Catastrophic and Life Threatening Flooding Still Possible in Victoria
Area extending east to Houston Area...*

We have transitioned to heavy rain/flood threat as T.S. Harvey continues to
meander over the Coastal Bend. Although heaviest rains fell in Houston Area
overnight and this morning. These heavy rains could redevelop to the north
of Victoria this afternoon and overnight producing significant flooding.
We are most concerned about the Guadalupe River basin where Catastrophic
and Life Threatening Flooding is still possible!

For the Hurricane Impacted areas from Corpus Christi to Rockport,
Temperatures will be in the lower 80s today with windy conditions. Expect
west to northwest wind gusts of 35 to 45 mph. The best chance for rain
will be in the Victoria area this afternoon and tonight.
