Harvey continues to meander over the Coastal Bend. Although heaviest rains fell in Houston Area overnight and this morning. These heavy rains could redevelop to the north of Victoria this afternoon and overnight producing significant flooding. We are most concerned about the Guadalupe River basin where Catastrophic and Life Threatening Flooding is still possible! </p><p>For the Hurricane Impacted areas from Corpus Christi to Rockport, Temperatures will be in the lower 80s today with windy conditions. Expect west to northwest wind gusts of 35 to 45 mph.
