[W5SFA] Balloon launch Cat Spring

Great questions, Bev.  Things I want to know as well, Dan.  And my
apologies.  I am doing a memorial service at St Paul Lutheran Church in
Wallis tomorrow morning and will not be able to observe the launch.  Take
pictures!  I'll have my wspr monitor going on 20M unless I hear otherwise.
