Hello South Texas partners,


Sorry for the delayed update. We lost internet for a while...


Here is the latest information as of 7 PM concerning Dangerous Hurricane
Harvey.  Harvey has strengthened to a Cat 4 Hurricane with maximum
sustained winds 130 mph with gusts 160 mph.  Life threatening
catastrophic storm surge of 9 to 13 feet is now expected along and to the
right of where the center crosses the coast!

*Hurricane Warning in effect from Port Mansfield to Sargent *


*Storm Surge Warning in effect from Port Mansfield to High Island*
Location: 27.8 N  96.8 W or 35 Miles E of Corpus Christi, TX

Maximum Sustained Winds: 130 mph with gusts 160 mph
Present Movement:  NW at 8 mph
Minimum Central Pressure:  941 mb
