Hello South Texas partners,


Here is the latest information as of 2 PM concerning Hurricane Harvey.
Harvey has strengthened to a Cat 3 Hurricane, making it a major hurricane
by definition.

*Hurricane Warning in effect from Port Mansfield to Sargent *


*Storm Surge Warning in effect from Port Mansfield to High Island*
Location: 27.2 N  96.4 W or 75 Miles SE of Corpus Christi, TX

Maximum Sustained Winds: 120 mph
Present Movement:  NW at 10 mph
Minimum Central Pressure:  943 mb
