Good Afternoon South Texas partners,

*...Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect from Mesquite Bay to Port
O'Connor, including only Calhoun County...*

Tropical Storm Harvey is now east of Port O'Connor in the Gulf of Mexico,
moving east away from South Texas. Gusty northwest winds are expected to
continue tonight but should be diminishing on Tuesday.

Our heavy rainfall threat has decreased and shifted east. Rainfall totals
across South Texas are now up to 1" through the middle of the week, in
particular across Victoria and Calhoun Counties. Isolated higher amounts
near 1.5" cannot be completely discounted.

We are most concerned about the Guadalupe River basin where Life
Threatening Flooding is still possible.
