*...Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for Goliad, Victoria, Calhoun...*

*...Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect from Mesquite Bay to High
Island, including the adjacent coastal waters...*

Tropical Storm Harvey over Matagorda Bay expected to move back into the
Gulf of Mexico Today.  The primary impact for the Coastal Bend will be the
potential for heavy rainfall in the Victoria area through Tuesday morning
and gusty northwest winds of 30 to 40 mph across much of the region today.

Although the heavy rainfall threat has decreased, Localized accumulations
of 2 to 4 inches still possible across Victoria and Calhoun Counties.

Major flooding is expected on the Guadalupe River and parts of Coleto Creek.
