Good Afternoon South Texas partners,

*...Flash Flood Watch Remains in Effect for Areas Mainly East of I-37...*

*...Catastrophic and Life Threatening Flooding Still Possible in the
Victoria Area extending east to Houston Area...*

The Tropical Storm Warning continues for locations along and east of a
Goliad to Mesquite Bay line as TS Harvey moves back southeast, but we have
transitioned to mainly a heavy rain/flood threat. The heaviest rains
continue falling in the Houston Area, but these heavy rains could redevelop
along and east of a Goliad to Refugio line overnight, producing flooding.
We are most concerned about the Guadalupe River basin where Catastrophic
and Life Threatening Flooding is still possible!

For the Hurricane Impacted areas from Corpus Christi to Rockport,
temperatures tonight will be in the mid 70s with highs tomorrow in the
lower 80s. Expect west to northwest wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph. The best
chance for rain through Monday will be east of a Goliad to Rockport line.
