Darryl -- I agree.  I think it is a conflicted situation.  There are some
things that we really need an ARES connection to accomplish, but there is a
lot of unhealthy regulation in the mix now!

By the way, I finally got the cover for my aunt's book done in GIMP!  My
nephew who is an art teacher in San Antonio is going to tweak it before I
send it to the printer.
