[W5SFA] New Hams

W5SFA members,

In the past month we have given 10 tests with one failure.  This gives us 8 new hams in the area. Congratulations to all.  www.w5sfa.org

Next week we will be testing 2 people so I will need two other administrators to help me.  I found out from W5YI that we, me, have not been filling the proper paperwork.  They told me that I should have been turning in a manifest every month regardless if we were able to test.  We get credit for testing when we turn the manifest.  No credit if we don't.
