<DIV>Next week we will be testing 2 people so I will need two other
administrators to help me. I found out from W5YI that we, me, have not
been filling the proper paperwork. They told me that I should have been
turning in a manifest every month regardless if we were able to test. We
get credit for testing when we turn the manifest. No credit if we
don't.</DIV>
