[W5SFA] Yaesu Firmware Upgrades

FYI - I have done the firmware update on the FTM-3200 and the FTM-100.

Just a reminder, the 3200 has two updates, one for the main processor 
and the other for DSP.ï¿½ If you miss the DSP you transmit OK put receive 
is dead.ï¿½ Learned the hard way on that one.

The FTM-100 has three updates, one for main processor, one for the panel 
and last for DSP.

The FTM-100 is fairly easy to set the DG-ID for TX & RX for the new 
repeaters.
