[W5SFA] New Yaesu C4FM transceiver

Folks,

 

If any of you are in the market for a new C4FM transceiver, Yaesu has a new
model, the FTM-7250DR.  It's a 50-watt transceiver for 2M/440CM, and appears
externally to resemble the FTM-3200DR VHF radio.   Looks like the best price
is $259.95 from Universal Radio.  Gigaparts and DX Engineering are selling
it for $269.95.

 

The FTM=7250DR does not appear to have GPS, so the older FTM-100DR model
(which does have GPS) may be a better deal for around $309.95.
