[W5SFA] Local supplier for square aluminum tubing (for antennaboom)?

Thanks, Dan - I had forgot about Texas Towers. We go to Dallas area often
enough, though I see their largest size of square aluminum is still 1". DX
Engineering is where I figured to get the round tubing for the antenna
elements, they look to be the cheapest.

Construction gets a bit more involved with a round boom, so I'm trying to
avoid that.

BTW, if anyone is interested in building a yagi and is interested in going
in on a bulk purchase of the materials, let me know...save on shipping.

I'm considering building a 6m LFA beam (there are some nice plans on
<http://www.g0ksc.co.uk/> http://www.g0ksc.co.uk as well as some Youtube
videos showing construction at

Looks like the antenna can be built for about $150 or so. I've found most
of the parts I need, with the exception of 1 1/2 inch square aluminum tubing
for the boom. Home Depot and Lowe's sell 1 inch square tubing in 8-foot
lengths, but nothing larger, and I need a longer length anyhow.

Anyone know of a local supplier who sells this stuff?

Roger
