                    rating. I have no proof of my general license and
                    that's why I thought it had not been registered. I
                    never received the paper license. Nor did I get any
                    notice of my license expiring.  As I've said, the
                    HAM hobby as slid off into low priority because of
                    other problems that needed solving first. I know I
                    should have checked on it sooner, but honestly
                    though I had 10 years starting from 2017, not 2011. 
                    I'm wondering if I have to take both tests over
                    again, or if the General will reinstate if I take
                    the Tech again. But I expect I will have to retake
                    both tests. Do you know?<br>
