Brian, it’s just a beacon that reports position and altitude.  It would be cool to have a repeater in the air though!

Howdy,

 

Nathalie N5ATH and Sebastien W5IKD launched a picoballoon this morning at 7h45 local time.

The callsign is N5SUZ  (our daughter Suzanna callsign).

The tracker is a Zachtek transmitting in the 2m band.

The balloon is a chinese 60” balloon.
