Hi Folks:

Thanks to Roger N5RWK for helping me get set up to access my hometown
repeater using the DVStick 30 and DMR/Fusion using IP backhaul to get me
there. So, first Kwajalein QSL card to him!

I'll be using BlueDV to get back to y'all and I'd sure like to float as
many cards back into Texas as I can with the time I have left here. It's
taken a while to bring up this capability, so I want to get the most out of
it for this relatively rare QTH.

Problem with Kwaj is, you can't even step off the plane here without a
purpose for being here in the first place - I think there's only one other
amateur here, but he works mostly from Roi-Namur, so chances of getting a
QSO from here is pretty rare.

For those still trying to check the box and get Kwaj-Qualified, I'll try to
be available at the following days and times on the repeater. Keep in mind
that ur a day behind us here, and some hours, so I'll convert them to your
times. Your:

Monday-Friday: 0400Z - 0500Z or 2200-2300 Texas time, and
0800Z until I fall asleep, which is 3a on up
Texas time

Saturday-Sunday: 2100Z all day, or 1600 Texas time

Keep in mind that we are UTC +12 here, and you are UTC -6 there in
Bellville, so we're a day+hours ahead of you.

The easiest way to keep track of this is an app you can load onto your
computer/laptop is Wclock World Time Utility (www.di-mgt.com.au/wclock).

I also work 12m concurrently during the 04-0500Z, and 40m at 0800Z during
weekdays, and the same for 12M 2100Z until the band fades out, then, 40m
from 0800Z on up during the weekends if you want to catch me on HF FT-8 -
it's the only 2 bands that are effective out here... with my setup anyway.

I think I got all that right - if not, do your own conversions from the
UTC's stated, make any corrections and share them around.

I will QSL all contacts and look forward to sending as many cards as I can
before I rotate out of here in the first part of January.

Thanks everybody, see you soon and -

73's,
