[W5SFA] License renewal?

[Buckeroo Brad]

Were not the testers responsible for submitting the success of my general
test in 2017? Sadly, I won't be able to retake the Technician, much less
the General. Can not the club tell the FCC that I passed that test in 2017?
That that license should still be in effect?
