Greetings to all.

Well the balloon woke up this morning about 3:45 am local time.

Still traveling toward Europe.  Maintaining 12,000 meters altitude.  
Winds are slowing down some.  Balloon is tracking in a southeasterly 
direction.  Last transmission received was 17:28 Zulu or 12:28 pm local 
time.  Location grid-square IM18oa. Anticipate landfall sometime this 
evening.
