Announcements tonight:

WA5IWB Ray update on trial run for Parks on the Air at Washington on the 
Brazos.  Good to check out the equipment and check for any missing 
pieces.  Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday.

N5RWK Roger update on FCC implementing a $35.00 fee for Amateur Radio 
licenses.  Goes into effect April 19th.

Parks on the Air at Washington on the Brazos is set for Saturday April 
9th.  Park is located on FM1155 in Old Washington just off TX-105.  Park 
grounds open at 8:00 am.  When you enter the park proceed up to the 
Visitor Center and loop back to the road to Barrington Farm.  This is a 
One Way designated lane.  Turn left and follow road past the Barrington 
Farm to the picnic area behind the Visitor Center.  There is plenty of 
parking with restroom facilities available.  Good idea to bring along 
some water, a hat and your favorite picnic chair.
