[W5SFA] Repeater Status and Tuesday Night Net

Folks,

Still no joy in Bellville. Several of us have done some testing of the
former Houston repeater at K5CAM's place in Cat Spring, and it looks like
it's workable as a substitute. It is currently set to digital, so Tuesday
morning we'll reconfigure it to analog FM.

This means you'll need to program your transceivers for the repeater, so
here is the info you need:

Frequency: 146.96 with minus offset (so your rig will transmit on 146.36)

Tone Squelch is 103.5 Hz.

Folks in Bellville, Sealy and New Ulm should be able to hit the repeater in
Cat Spring easily. Brenham will be a bit dicey, depending on geography so
use high power on your rig.

I will send out another notice once the change has been made.

73,

Roger N5RWK
