[W5SFA] Repeater Update

All,

 

Internet is back up at the Bellville tower.  Turns out the UPS battery
backup failed, so the router and related equipment were powered down.  I've
plugged the equipment into the mains directly, so Wires-X and D-Star are now
working properly again.
