We have been waiting for weather to commit itself before deciding whether to make the trip – now it looks like it would have been in vain, anyway.

Well, I guess we won’t be seeing the comet anymore. We have looked for two nights and haven’t been able to positively identify it.

 

The moon is getting brighter which doesn’t help.
