I think after speaking with his xyl that the station will most likely be around and in place for a long time.

Not wanting to stir things up, but....
Didn't the club member on FM331, who lived near 36 with the crank up tower that never cranked up, pass on? If so, I wonder if that tower would be available for reduced price?
