[W5SFA] APRS

Hi Guys,

Great meeting tonight and good to see everyone !!!     I have a question
regarding APRS,  as I am wanting to gain better understanding of how it all
works.   The below map shows an APRS digipeater in  Bellville and I was
wondering if anyone has any information regarding its location and usage.
