Roger, Jeanne and I enjoyed finding the Kenny store after hearing about it so much.  I enjoyed the 5 watt  battery powered  rig with the lash up antenna.  Sorry I missed the 40 meter rig, I assume it wasn't doing the job. Jeanne got cold but didn't mind waiting in the car, she is a trooper. I have the 28th in my schedule.

Sorry, you had to be present to win.  Despite the rain, we had a great turnout and a good time.  It was pretty tough operating, though 20m seemed ok when the neon signs were turned off.
 
As for the door prizes:
                Gil WB5RFQ won the RTL-SDR dongle.
                Ron K1PEC won the book, Contact Sport.
                Kat KB5ITB won the book, Grounding and Bonding for the Radio Amateur.
 
Maybe you can borrow the books from Ron and Kat, but I don't think Gil will part with his RTL-SDR :-)  Both books are also available on Kindle, BTW.
 
The next club meeting is on Wednesday, February 28.

Come early for Winter Field Day in back of the Kenney Store.  Weather looks less than ideal, but there are covered areas so we'll at least stay dry.  I'm heading out there in a few minutes.
