[W5SFA] ICOM repeater repair and WSPR kit

Thanks Dan- I shake too but I'm gonna give it a try. If I'm successful I'd be happy to do yours too. I don't have an iron so that would be helpful. 

Also I'm net control tomorrow night and I'd like to try the digital comm. What's your thoughts?
