IT was a good meeting and good food, 
The discussion about power meters I found interesting, I might have some suggestions that might help, please get in touch with me.
 
The Brazos bunch are launching a balloon on the 9th i think it is, some pretty interesting packages going to 100,000 feet.

But this is what I know so far.  They were having issues with the WSPR unit, so hopefully this delay will provide time to get that nailed down.
 
Payloads
DVB-T - 4 MHz BW Live Digital Video - 500 mW - 434 MHz
Cross-Band Voice Repeater - 446.000 MHz FM Input - 147.435 MHz FM Output
APRS - AB5SS-11 - 144.390 MHz - 300 mW FM - 30 second cycle time
APRS - W5ACM-7 - 144.390 MHz - 500 mW FM - 60 second cycle time
DMR Repeater - 446.5MHz as the uplink, and 441.000 as the downlink. Color Code 1, Timeslot 1, Talkgroup 99
WSPR – 14.076 AB5SS ???

Here are the specs for the DMR repeater that will be used this weekend on BLT-49
 
The plan is to use 446.5MHz as the uplink, and 441.000 as the downlink. Color Code 1, Timeslot 1, Talkgroup 99 (standard simplex stuff).
