Good afternoon South Texas partners,


No Tropical Storm warnings in effect for the Middle Texas coast.

Tropical Storm Harvey continues to slowly move towards the North-Northeast
near the Texas/Louisiana border. The heavy rainfall threat will remain to
the east of South Texas.

We continue to be concerned about the Guadalupe River basin where major
flooding is and will continue to occur.
