Subject: [BVARC] Technician Class Announcement

A two-day class has been scheduled in Northwest Harris County at Hooks
Airport in Tomball.  The dates are Saturday, May 6 and Saturday, May 13.
The week-long separation between the two days is designed to allow students
more time to review material covered in the first lecture.

The class is free, but students will need the Gordon West Technician manual.
Manuals will be ordered and sold for $23, total price.  There will be an
exam given by ARRL Volunteer Examiners at the end of the class.  ARRL VEC
fee is $15.
