Cat Spring had 14.22” over night. San Barnard was closed until 4 PM when some brave soles forded the river about 1’ deep at that time.( was 5’+). Water was in my pasture a quarter mile from the river. Dan, W5AOV

Were OK here in Sealy. Did see a picture of FM1094 on the internet and it's a big hole.
Very sorry about Darryl and Debbie's problems at there house. I hope that everything turns out OK for them.

Folks,
Hope you all made it through the great downpour ok. Looks like we got better than 10 inches of rain where we are. Also, if you haven't heard, FM 1094 about halfway between Cat Spring and New Ulm washed out and impassable. There is a 30-foot gap in the road about 20 feet deep, so looks like it will be closed for a while.
I heard from Darryl Strader KG5ITZ, he and Debbie KG5JPR got hit pretty bad. They are enduring a lightning strike (power still out), and 4 inches of water in the house. So keep them in your thoughts. Darryl, let us know if you need anything!

Roger
