I've only got halfway through the video, but the skill of those operators is impressive. I saw one guy sending CW on a paddle with his left hand while similtaneously typing on a keyboard with his right hand!
The whole thing looks like a logistical nightmare to set up. Might be ok to have a low level job - but I don't think they will hold it in these parts anytime soon :-)
