Article 5 ‑ Voting Procedure

Election of officers, membership votes, constitutional votes and actions involving expenditure of significant and non‑budgeted Club resources shall be made by mail vote of the eligible membership. Abstentions are counted neither aye nor nay. Routine Club business shall be handled at regular meetings by a simple majority vote, providing that one third of the eligible members are present to form a quorum.

Is there a later version not posted on the web?  2000 seems a long time ago.

I'll also be there. We'll have a quorum. :) (I may possibly nominate all absent persons as officers for the next 10 years! lol!!)


For those unfamiliar with the restaurant, Los Cabos is in the Lowe's parking lot, across the street from Walmart. Upon arrival, you should be able to tell the hostess that you are attending the SFA Radio Club meeting and she will direct you to our area.

  Hope you won't mind filling in for me.   I've worked till 9pm 2 nights this week, tomorrow doesn't look to be any different.

  At work we have a major PC / Equipment refresh / deployment push going on in preparation for new software at the hospital.   200+ PCs 100 additinal Printers, almost as many new Scanners and Barcode readers being added.     Has been an interesting month so far.

  Hope everyone Enjoy's my favorite Brenham reasturant tomorrow.
