W5SFA members,

If you wish to file with the FCC direct you can.  Here is the link to Radio QTH that has detailed info on how to file.  http://www.radioqth.net/howtofile.aspx

Otherwise you can use W5YI-VEC at $40 or ARRL for a fee if you are a member.

The RadioQTH has lookups for the call you want to see if it is available or not.  QRZ has similar searches.

Technicians can have a 1x3 call.  You may fine one with your initals...
